it means yes work on directx instead or no work on opengl

I tried to clarify the post earlier. Just ignore the yes and no, and vote for the plugin you want to see as a higher priority.

Same thing i thought at first, but then i stared at it for like a minute...
And that still brought me no where.

Basically do what ThelukeStir says.
Option 1- More effort to the Dx Plugin
Option 2- More effort to the OpenGL plugin
