Why is it that every time I go to play any Cube game, Dolphin freezes up completely, puts the monitor frequency out of range, and does other weird stuff that makes the computer 100% unusable so that I have to hold the power button? And when my brother goes to play it, it works fine for him, 100% of the time. He plays it over twice as much as I do... WHY ME??? (BTW Ran Prime95 for 8 hours, no errors) Also, does anyone else have these problems?

Try Turning off panic Handlers.

I think i know the exact problem you are having, does it say:

"Display driver nvlddmkm stopped working and has successfully recovered"

Update your GPU drivers

It did that once but all of the other times the whole PC would just become unresponsive altogether. BTW what is a panic handler?

Its an error that avoids errors popping up on the screen, but at the same time dolphin may close unexpectedly.
I'm willing to bet its your gpu, what error pops up? Do you recieve the one i mentioned?
Be sure you have the latest driver for your card, and stay off full screen in the mean time.

Yeah, fullscreen crashed the most, so I just maximize it. I noticed it from day one. But it would just completely randomly crash out of nowhere and lock up my computer. I already have the latest GPU drivers and whatnot, so I'll just try different things and use lots of savestates.

That very same thing happened to me before i upgraded my video card.
To get around this i would start off in a minimized window and hit alt + Enter to switch to full screen mode.
If you decide to try this, make sure dolphin is idle.

Example:
-I would start up SSBB and get to a fight (In windowed mode)
-Completely pause the game, press Alt + Enter
- Continue the game in Full screen

This should work if this is the same predicament i was in.

Alternatives: Wait for newer drivers and/or Purchase a new Gpu
