If you want the very latest, you'll have to compile it yourself for now, otherwise just grab 4.0-330.
Well, I'm still kind of a newbie when it comes to compiling, so I'll have to learn about it more later. I grabbed 4.0-330 though, but I noticed it only had Direct3D (for debugging), OpenGL and a Software Renderer. It didn't have it Direct3D9 or Direct3D11 for some reason.
