Why my Dolphin runs so slow? I used to have Dual Core E7300 @ 2,66GHz, 4GB DDR2, GeForce 9600GT, now I have i5-2500K @ 3,3GHz, 8GB DDR3, GeForce GTX560SE and everything runs slower. Well, a bit.
Some of game scores:
Mario Kart Double Dash:
LLE = 70-90%
HLE = 80-95%, but never reaches 100% in race. Even on Rainbow Road
On old PC HLE = 100-120%

Mario Kart Wii:
Mainest Menu now: 70%
Before: 95%

Pokemon Colosseum:
"The Pokemon Corporation": 80%
Was: 95-100%

What did I do wrong with my PC? o_____o

Nah, why should I overclock? I have TurboBoost and 533MHz faster + 2 cores more.
So the problem must be in different place.

He said that now he has an I5 2500k, so overclocking is not the solution. I don't see anything wrong in the settings, but maybe someone else can help.

Rig

*Corei5 3570K *Nvidia 9800GT 1GB DDR3
*Motherboard Asus P8H77M-PRO *Win7 x64
*RAM 8GB DDR3(1600)

Why did you buy a "K" processor if you didn't plan to overclock? A lot of games need 4.0 GHz to work properly (above all if you use LLE). TB won't be enough
Moreover Dolphin only uses 2 cores (+ 1 with LLE)

The question is "Why it doesn't work as it should?".
"I used to have Dual Core E7300 @ 2,66GHz, 4GB DDR2, GeForce 9600GT, now I have i5-2500K @ 3,3GHz, 8GB DDR3, GeForce GTX560SE and everything runs slower. Well, a bit."
I didn't ask why Super Skyrim Colours doesn't work on 100%.

Is it possible that you were using an older revision of Dolphin with your old processor? Older revisions tend to run faster than more recent ones. Although, your speeds still seem a little on the slow side for a 2500k. Try running a benchmark and comparing it with known results to see if this issue is exclusive to Dolphin.

Download Dolphin 3.0. Do not change any settings.
Try these games and see how they run.
Before you do that, download RealTemp and monitor your CPU temps while playing.

I tried running 3DMark 2006, it gave me the score higher by 2500 (12500), but E7300 was tested on 1280x1024, when i5-2500K was tested on 1920x1080.
Weirdness.
I noticed some slowdowns in that 3DMark, on E7300 I had all first test on 25-60 frames, when on this one it was !15!-150.
Defect?

Oh my gosh.
I downloaded 3.0 and got 300-400% on races in MKDD.
Thank you very much, back when I had old PC all the newer releases were faster or a bit slower, but that giant leap...?

Newer versions shouldn't be that slow though.
Uncheck everything in Graphics -> Hacks -> Other in your 3.0-702 build.
