don't start a flame war elite, what he says its truth, the linux version hasn't been worked on as much as the windows version

plus, fighting with linux or mac users on which os is better is like a giant holding a midget's head while the midget throws punches failing miserably. (the giant being windows)
My Specs: AMD Phenom II x4 940 3.0ghz - w7/Ubuntu 11.04

You are right, I take it back and apologize, although as I said I would love to be proven wrong and also that it applied on using it only as desktop(my server is great! ;-))
"while the midget throws punches failing miserably" >> hehehe pls don't start OS flamewar here hehe ;-))

the midget analogy is more about the user base of the os rather than the power or utility of it Tongue (windows has a massive user base, only second to genuine windows is pirate windows ;P) OS flame wars have no winners lol.

I actually believe that genuine base is second biggest to pirated Wink)

Thats good news, but you also have to measure on same screen/scene, and your character should stay in same spot and camera be in same direction, like you did before. Also, if scene you measure would cap at 50/60 fps, you should turn off frame limiter to see real speed(your first shots).

Don't be silly, dual core makes a big performance difference.

I know, I didn't meant his latest in-between windows shots, I was curious linux vs win, his linux shot with DC off is completely different.

EDIT: oh, I just noticed latest screens post was made by another person. First he had newer revision and second most likely different rig, although I do see his difference in his shots. But I want to see PROPER shots of same revision, on same HW from mayhen.
