Why is dolphin devs hiding Wii-Network

The wii u is released so the wii is getting pretty old.
There is a dolphin branch that allow users to play on nintendo wifi network called "wii-network".
You need some files for it to use the wii-network, certifications files.
Still there is no tut to get them or they won't tell us how to get them.
And when i start about it in the chat they just mute the channel or talk about a other thing to hide it.
Seems not fair does it ?
It's like donating for Project 64 that won't get any updates for it anymore.
So why making the branch if the devs not even give us info how to obtain the files that are required to let us go online ?

Yo, I'm still waiting for that Sunshine testing to get done, btw. Seems not fair to have someone take like 2 months to test a simple patch either, right? :p

One day he bragged about how he would be available to test any stuff people would throw at him, then he took so ridiculously long to test single patches that I lost interest in that issue altogether.

Another reason why they don't want absolutely everyone using it, is that nintendo will start changing things to make Nintendo Connect 24 harder to tap into, in order to prevent people using the emulator. Even though a lot of us use legitimately created disk images, emulators give an easy way to play pirated games, so nintendo don't like emulators, and will even try to convince people that they're illegal (which, when used correctly, they aren't).
