Why I can't use OpenAL ?

Hello everybody!
I had wonder with the OpenAL in the Dolphin-Emu 2972 IL for several day.
And I can't run with it everytime.
So! I had one question to tell you is:
Why I can't use OpenAL ?
Because I had got problem with the DSound in the DSP HLE for long time.
And the last, Thank you very much for you read and ask my question everybody .

Okay well!, I've installed OpenAL on my computer.
But I'm still can't use it again .

i think it also requires an OpenAL compatible sound card

Ummmm....... I'm really not sure with my sound card.
I'm using VIA High Definition Audio 6.0.1.1240 on my current computer.
And I've got another sound cards for several card in my house.
And please tell me, Did my current sound card is compatible with OpenAL ?

well i'm not sure which sound cards support OpenAL (but for sure Creative sound cards support it since OpenAL was created by Creative)

Okay!, No problem.
In the moment I've try to use OpenAL in Donphin-Emu 3118 IL.
But I can't here any sound from Donphin-Emu 3118 IL and make _ _ _ _ _ _ _ framerate.
That look like my sound card isn't compatible with OpenAL.
Um... That's okay for me .

Open Al actually works worse than DSound for now. It's like a really scratchy Nullsound
