Okay so here is my specs first:

I7 3770K - 3.9 GHZ
GTx 670 Video Card
32 GB of DDR3 RAM

Dolphin Settings:
I have Directx 11 Set
Auto Internal Resolution
True Resoultion at: 1920X1080P
AA At 8X
Antitrophic at 16X

I average 25 FPS, and go as low as 15

Should I be getting more or do i have settings wrong?

1- Try Vertex Streaming Hack under OpenGL.

2- Lower the AA (I mean, it´s too high).

Is it too high for my system? or too high for the game/emulator

The AA usually bottlenecks CPU (and in some cases the GPU), provocating a slowdown. And yes, it seems that your system can´t handle 8x AA while keeping high speed.

WUT, AA is purely GPU based

Even if it´s GPU work, it can cause slowdowns.

Not if the CPU is still the bottleneck

DJBarry, you've consistently been warned for talking about things you don't understand. Raising the IR or AA bottlenecks the GPU. It will reduce Dolphin's emulated speed, but won't affect how well your CPU is doing its job for Dolphin. Additionally, it's evident that the OP is using MSAA, which is not taxing at 8x for his GPU. His IR and AA are just fine.

@nafeasonto - Can you post all of your settings as screenshots?

Then it is possibly a GPU bottleneck, and probably the reason for that is your GPU is idling

Edit: ninja'd
