Why doesn't the zoom function work in Free Look?

I have Dolphin 3.0-314-dirty and is trying to toy around with the camera in P.N.03 (you know why, LOL). However, all I can is rotate it by holding right click on the mouse and the pan. Also, I can reset the view with SHIFT+R. But zooming? No!

What's wrong? I've seen YouTube vids of this game with a camera that is way zoomed in, so it SHOULD work.

I just downloaded Dolphin today, so please bear in mind I'm a newcomer.

On the keyboard, the controls are holding down Left Shift and pressing W, S, A, D.

Also 9 and 0 to decrease/increase zoom speed (also needs shift)
