Why doesn't anyone respond to negative Google Play reviews?

JW why it was on there when it was first brought back to the regular play store?? Then after like 2 updates of dolphin or so it wasn't approved anymore?? It's not a big deal just a bit strange.

Um, what? There's two approvation processes. One is for publishing on the regular Play Store (the one for smartphones, tablets, etc) and the other is for the Android TV Play Store (the one for devices running Android TV specifically). Dolphin never were barred from the regular Play Store, although we kept the app delisted until recently. On the Android TV Play Store, though, Dolphin never were and still is unapproved, and that's unrelated to the Vibration permission...
