I think its a lot to do with your CPU not being fast enough (that laptop is great but may not be fast enough for this game), try lowering the graphic settings, to the default settings you could also make sure that your dedicated GPU (nvidia) is being used instead of the Intel HD one by setting this in the nvidia control panel

also try the laptop performance guide

Not even an OCed i7 4770k @ 4.6GHz could run that game full speed all the time

You CPU is too weak for that game

i actually managed to get it to run at 30fps at most of the times.

But the temp is at like 85-90C

Is that really bad?

It's looking bad, what settings did you changed? It looks like your using the GT750M. Best switch to integrated gpu. Mines averages around 76C with dedicated GPU.

PC games= GPU dependent
Emulated games (Dolphin/PCSX2)= CPU dependent

Your laptop is good for PC games but not necessarily for heavy emulators and/or for some demanding games

Your laptop lifespan will be shortened
Zelda TP Hyrule Field is demanding and your CPU can't handle that
If i don't count that part (Hyrule Field)then Zelda TP is just a light weight game

I find that hard to believe..

A lot of it has to do with DX11 being slower than DX9 for some odd reason which was blamed on increased accuracy over DX9 for a long while until more recently. A member referred to as ga1opin apparently had a solution but has bailed and hasn't been seen for a month now. He was requested to share the source of his changes multiple times but apparently refused to do so. When neobrain locked the thread for obvious GPL violations and requested him to share the source code if he doesn't have time to work on it so other developers can review, improve and possibly merge the changes with master he hasn't been seen since.

Those changes brought DX11 up to par in terms of performance with DX9 and fixed few other issues. On a first gen i7 950 I could get 21fps to 25fps, with the speedup hack/code a full 30fps. Surely an overclocked i7 4770K would slice through this game like a knife through soft butter speedup hack/code or not, seems something else was going on with the test system. Even a stock 4770K should have great performance with this game except games that are rare cases. I've never had that much performance trouble with this game and other games in my library except Starfox Adventures, that game still runs like ass even with my overclocked i7.
