Yeah. Why?

And somehow I ended up on the development forums when I swear I put it on site feedback and questions. what.

@santiainen - You sure you can't create threads in Delfino Plaza? Take a screenshot of what your browser looks like before trying to post in Delfino Plaza, and then take a screenshot of any subsequent error message.

Perhaps you tried posting in different forum (e.g. Game Discussion) instead of Delfino Plaza? It's possible since you posted this in the Development forum originally.

Yes, I forgot about this little restriction, but users need 10 or more posts before they can make threads in Delfino Plaza. Consequently enough, making this thread and posting here actually helped you with your problem.

I must admit, I find it a little bit ironic that an off-topic board has a post restriction while the more, uh... Important boards don't have such restrictions.

It's to keep down on spam-like posts and topics. We want to make sure that you've actually participated to some extent in the Dolphin community before talking about non-Dolphin related things. Other "important" boards like the Game Discussion forums do have such restrictions (300+ posts) because we don't want people posting new threads like "Xen0bladd no workz, halp me!11!!" when they should post in the existing dedicated Xenoblade Chronicles thread.
