That's in a private forum. Why are you trying to access this?

I assume the OP had the threads bookmarked or saved at one time or another. I guess the first one was once posted for users to see before it was moved elsewhere, but that was before I was active around the forums; neobrain would know for sure. I know for a fact the second one (Starscream's old Settings for Best Speed thread) was publicly displayed. It's probably just a case of the OP accessing old links they saved.

The threads in question are old and not relevant to users anymore; as such they have been archived in an area reserved for Forum Staff. The FAQ page in the link doesn't tell you anything important that we already don't have written down here: https://dolphin-emu.org/docs/faq/. The old Settings for Best Speed were removed by Starscream himself before his thread was even archived, so there's nothing to see there anyway. So in short Viking, you're not missing out on anything, unless you really want to look at outdated information.

Really, the better question is where the OP got these links from.

The format suggests it was from before the forum move. Even if we move a thread to an area where forum staff only can see it, the url isn't changed by the move itself. If the OP had a link to SS's old settings thread, the forum software will try to redirect users to wherever it is, as long as the URL is still valid. Like I said, looks like old bookmarks or some old links the OP found from someone/somewhere else.
