After reading this, I still don'T know whose fault it is.

My pcsx2 is unbearable currently, especially the PAL games (I play on an LCD TV lol).

But to summarize, if you want the triple buffered V-Sync that comes with DWM like before: right click on Dolphin's exe > Compatibility tab > Disable fullscreen optimizations

Oh hey! Does this also re-enable true exclusive fullscreen?
