I just got this notebook:
Intel Core i7 6700HQ
Geforce 950M 4GB
8GB DDR3 RAM
Windows 10

And for some reason games run really bad(EVERY game I played). Is it because of my hardware or because I have bad configuration? I'm using the default confings.

Under config make sure your speed limit is set to 100. Only thing i can think of right now.

Make sure Windows is set to High performance power profile, the laptop is plugged in, you have nvidia control panel set to high performance for a Dolphin profile, and upgrade to one of the latest dev builds, as they're way faster than 4.0.2 stable
