What version of Dolphin are you using? The was a bug in 5.0 that caused this in games.

He's saying you should try with the latest dev version instead and see if the bug is still present.

You could track the PRs since 5.0, but I still don't see why you haven't tested a newer build and just make sure that works. If it does, I don't see the need to know the cause of the problem. But again, if you track the accepted PRs from 5.0 stable onward, you should find it.

There was a blending issue with transparent edges of textures getting the wrong samples.
