I've tried using OpenGL, I've checked and unchecked "Disable Fog", I've tried Direct3D9 and Direct3D11, and I've tried 60Hz and 50Hz modes. The white lines still aren't going away. If there is anything else I could do I would appreciate knowing about it. My specs are:
Windows 7 64-bit, Intel Core i7-2600K CPU @ 3.4 GHz, 8.0 GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti, 2 TB HD.

First thing, please update your profile with the detailed PC specs you just listed here.

Second, post a screen shot of the "white lines".

Third, your profile says you're using 3.0, that's just 3.0, not 3.0-xxx (some other numbers)?

Actually I figured out the problem, it was a minor issue with the settings I was running it at. Thanks guys, sorry for wasting your time.
