So I recently downloaded this to be received by an Incompatibility message...
I know my OSX is really old so I was wondering which version of Dolphin would support it. The OSX im using is 10.6.8 Thanks!

The latest OS X builds (3.0-791 and newer) *should* work on 10.6, but if they don't, you can use 3.0. http://dolphin-emu.org/download/
I dunno about WinterMute's builds, I've never used them.
