Hi there peeps. I've been lost on which version I should use since theres many to choose from. I've searched but I guess I suck at that. Well, Im using version R4525 of dolphin 64 and been playing Metriod prime 2 and 3 for the wii. Metroid 2 runs alright but best I get is 35-40FPS and I drop to 5 at some points for a long time. The Wii version I can't run higher then 12 fps.

My Rig
AMD 5000 x2 @2.6ghz (gona OC to 3.0 GHZ again)
4gb dual channel OCZ Ram DDR800
Nvidia 9800gt 512mb (Stock for now)
Onboard sound
Windows 7 64bit

For Dolphin I've been using the stock open GL Plug And I really didn't see much of a difference in the dx9 one. So my question stands
Thanks for the help

P.S. Has anyone gotten MOH Heroes 2 to even work?

It doesn't matter, all builds are the same. All builds except for the (Un)official bi-weekly SVN builds are provided by non-coders/developers of Dolphin. This means everyone's builds are the same since they are all compiled using the vanilla svn code.

If anyone is adding anything extra to their builds that other builds don't have, they need to commit it to the SVN repository according to the GNU-GPL license terms, but this is not of concern since pretty much everyone who compiles builds is not a coder or developer for Dolphin.

Take your pick from any of the members providing builds, and download the latest revision.

It'd be a lot easier if posts of new builds included clear and concise changelogs.
