Which settings on windows 8

Hello,

I am here cause I wanted to start again with one of my
favorite zeldas of all time, wind waker

I have just a question and maybe you can help me.

I have been reading a lot before posting.

I have a little Asus Netbook.
Specifics are really low:
Windows 8
1gb RAM
intel graphic accerelator 3600
1,60ghz processor

I am using the latest dolhpin, 3.5 x86 (since win is 32bit)

the problem is that the game runs really slow and i see little black lines on the gameplay screen (it's slow only during gameplay, not during videos)

Are my netbook too weak to emulate it?
Do I need to change any specific setting?
