I've tried some yet.. but all revisions have the same problem... One of my two wiimotes disconnects randomly...

Which revision you guys recommend for using 2 wiimotes?

Or maybe it's a problem with my bluetooth dongle?!?! (Sitecom cn516)

All dolphin revisions 3.0 and above work with multiple wiimotes flawlessly if the BT dongle and Wiimotes are solid. What brand Wiimotes do you have?

If you are using Dolphin 3.0 and official Nintendo Wiimotes, then the problem must be something about you Bluetooth setup.

Do you use Toshiba or Microsoft stack? Try both to see if one works better with your dongle.

If that doesn't fix it, then your dongle is to blame. I wast able to find much info on yours, but a class 1 dongle is needed for multiple Wiimotes.
