So I want to know which one is better in terms of dolphin performance not overclocked, I might do that later, i3 2100 or i5 2400? And is the integrated graphics better than what i have now?
i5 2400@3.1 GHz

i5 2400, but barely. And yes, the integrated GPU will be a step up from what you have now, although that's not saying much. The IGP in the i5 2400 is twice as powerful as the one in the i3 2100, so if you're planning on using the integrated graphics processor you'll need to buy the i5 2400 even for 1x IR.
