I do NOT know let's say anything about specs, so that's why I'm asking
So, I have a PC and a laptop, but I don't know what the best one is for Dolphin
I have a Medion S1000 D, and a Acer Aspire 7715z
Specs of the acer are found here: http://www.cnet.com/products/acer-aspire...hdd/specs/
As I do not know what's important, I don't know what to copy
I can't find real specs of the Medion, but only this
AMD E2-1800 APU Processor
AMD Radeon HD 7340 Graphics
4 GB DDR3 SDRAM
(Page was in Dutch, http://aldi.medion.com/md8372/nl/?refPag...ssor_anker, so I don't know the real terms)

So, what is the best for Dolphin?

To be frank they are both bad for dolphin. The laptop has a really bad cpu and the desktop a really bad gpu for dolphin, you will have a hard time with both.

We have benchmark results for cpus and all the amd cpus have about half the performance of similar intel offerings, plus you use a laptop cpu which is really weak and low clocked compared to dektop cpus, so to sum up amd + weak low clocked laptop cpu = terrible performance in dolphin. On the other hand intel gma series gpus are bad and known not to work with all the latest dolphin versions, you would have to use a really old (not to mention bad) dolphin version to make it work properly. But even if you buy a gpu for the dektop the cpu is old and weak, you will probably be able just to run a handful of games with decent speed.

Oh, even worse than expected
Also, do lightweight games perform well on older versions?
Can you please tell me what's recommended for the following games to run smoothly (80%+)
Or that I can't play them at all
New Super Mario Bros Wii
Pokemon Battle Revolution
Pokepark (Both)
Mario Kart Wii
Super Smash Bros Brawl/Melee
Mario Power Tennis
Mario Golf (GCN, forgot the name)

Thanks

Perform well on latest dev builds. You shouldn´t have problems with SSBM, SSBB and NSMBW (without EFB-2-RAM).
Rig 1: Windows 10 Home | AMD A6-1450 @ 600/1000/1400 MHz | AMD Radeon HD Graphics 8250 | 4GB RAM | HP Pavilion TouchSmart 11.

Rig 2: Windows 10 Pro | Intel Core i7-2640M @ 780/2800/3500 MHz | Intel HD 3000 Mobile | 8GB RAM | Dell Latitude 6320.

I've tried using the T4400 before on Dolphin as recently as last month, it was not a good experience, couldn't achieve a consistent 100% on any games (with most slowing down well below 50% at times). I don't know what your budget is but I'm sure you can do better even if you just have a few hundred USD. My suggestion to you is to provide a budget amount that way someone can point you towards the best possible build given your circumstances (or alternatively tell you to wait if you cannot achieve playable speeds using Dolphin with your current budget).
