Hello. Before I go on please note I'm not the best when it comes to technology but I will try my best. I am currently looking to buy a PC that can run dolphin. Details are

Games I plan on running:
Dragon ball Z Budokai Ten 3
Xenoblade
Twilight Princess and Skyward Sword

1080 60 fps is preferred. However 30-50 fps at 600 p is fine with me. I prefer the best performance possible full screen with lagless audio

Which of these runs dolphin the best:
HP Pavilion 550-036
4th gen core i3-4170
3.7 gz processor
4 GB Ram
Intel HD graphics (does not specify more than that)

Dell Inspiron 3646 (i3646-1000blk)
Intel Celeron processor j1800
4gb ram

Hp Slimline 450-a30 AMD E1 Dual Core (from what i heard amd is not reccomended however i wikl still put this to see if it stands any chance

1.4 ghz processor
4 gb ram
Amd e1 6015 processor

Lenovo H50
4th gen intel core i3 4160 processor (3.60 GHz)
Intel HD graphics 4400
6 GB ram

Thank you very much for assistance. Please answer to the best of your abilities as speedy as possible

He's looking for a desktop , not a laptop !
Anyway , the Lenovo H50 cost $420
For the same amount of money I can build this :

Hitachi 1TB 7200rpm HDD for $43
Asrock Z97 Pro 4 for $85
MSI GTX 750 for $100
Seasonic 300W 80 Plus Bronze for $36
Unlocked G3258 (You should OC it to 4.5GHz) for $70
Gskill Ripjaws X 2x2GB DDR3 1600MHz for $33
Total cost : $390 !!!
Bonus : Perixx 1800 Multi-Color Backlit - Anti-Ghosting Gaming Keyboard for $25
Perixx 8200DPI Programmable Laser Gaming Mouse for $18
Laptop: (Show Spoiler)

Like I said I preferred those settings yet I am fine with the lower settings I listed above. Which of the PCs can run dolphin stably on Sat least those settings? I'm not looking into building my own pc

With what you provided...AMD and Celeron processors are out of the question since those will do you no good for Dolphin. So your only left with either the Satellite 550 and Lenovo H50. But honeslty, at least find something with an i5-xxxx(M) and an onboard dedicated GPU. Your gonna have problems with Skyword Sword which is a graphically intensive game and Xenoblade if anything. I'm not sure about Dragonball, I don't have that.

I might as well build my PC then like what Admin89 suggested, and I'm assuming the parts he linked for me are sufficient enough to run dolphin as well? (Btw thanks for the links as well)

Intel HD 4400 is even weaker than HD 4600 , you might trouble running game at 720p , let alone 1080p
i3/i5/i7 @ 3.0 -> 3.7GHz is not fast enough to run some demanding games at 60FPS (no lag)
Dolphin is a dual core application . It's a good thing that G3258 has the same architecture as i3/i5/i7 Haswell and G3258 can be overclocked without buying an aftermarket cpu cooler . So it's the best bang for buck CPU for Dolphin atm
GTX 750 can handle up to 2560x2112 , 1080p will be like piece of cake .

Dont use his build, i may have just just beat it

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/pcJvGX

If you subtract the os and the drive (use linux) that reduces the price by 25$!

Well let's see: you've picked a garbage PSU and a 5400RPM HDD.
Nope you didn't.

If you want cheap, then go for the build admin suggested. The hardware is pretty much the best you can get at that price.
