I recall someone with an i5-3570k desktop couldn't get good speeds with his PC with an HD3000 IGP at 1xIR, he had to buy a graphics card to take full advantage of his processor. I don't remember who that was, though. Mario Galaxy and many other games are going to be too much for 1xIR and so the fps will plunge way below the expected performance that CPU should be capable of.
