It depends on what processors specifically are in those laptops. If they end in U or Y, then not very well as those are low power CPUs and are not suitable for Dolphin. If they end in M, they they should be ok for most games.

Find the specific model numbers and post them here.

XC0229 - Processor Model - Intel® Core™ i3-3217U (1.80GHz)
XC9246 - Processor Model - Intel® Core™ i7-4500U
XC0230 - having trouble finding it, but its probably a similar i5 version with a U at the end.

None of those will play GC/Wii games except for the most light-weight games

What other electronics stores are near you?

All 3 of those have the U series processor (ultra low power) and will not run dolphin well at all. You are better off finding a laptop with an i7 4700MQ. (http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_1?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=i7%204700mq%20laptop&sprefix=i7+4700mq+%2Caps&rh=i%3Aaps%2Ck%3Ai7%204700mq%20laptop) Personally I have the HP Envy 15t-j100 and it does wonders and never overheats.

I looked at bing lee because dick smith is under maintenance truculently and it seems unless your budget is over 1.4k your best bet is this one which is 1k.. http://www.binglee.com.au/hp-pavilion-touch-smart-notebook-i5-2-5-ghz-8gb-750gb-hdd-15-6-inches
What games are you planning to play because that cpu is average for Dolphin.

That has an i7 4702MQ right? Yes that would work.
