I have a 64 bit windows 7 but I've heard 64 bit edition of dolphin is faster but then I heard 32 bit is faster. Which is it? Also, I don't know if this matters but i only use Gamecube games.
Which is faster 32 bit or 64 bit?

64 bit version is WAY faster, and there's no point using 32-bit version on 64 bit PC as then it will eat up resources as it will have to emulate the 32-bit program (ex, use more CPU power, twice as much RAM, etc.) this stands for any program that's available in both 64-bit and 32-bit of course.

Huh wtf are you talking about? 32-bit games and applications run natively on 64-bit Windows through the Wow64, there's no emulation other than Dolphin itself, and it doesn't eat up twice as much resources than using the 64-bit would. There is a slight gain to using the 64-bit build, some games might run up to 10 FPS faster, some games there might be a 2 FPS - 5 FPS difference, some games might not run faster at all, some games might be faster by using the 32-bit build and JITIL recompiler. It all depends on the game I guess, but the 64-bit build is generally faster than 32-bit.
