I can't decide which game to play on my gamecube and I have yet to beat either. Which is the better one?
Which game is better, Splinter Cell or Hitman 2?

Splinter Cell was amazing for its time! I was blown away by it, when I played it on my original Xbox. The lighting FX, the fact that you can shoot at light sources and create your own darkness.. I never looked at light-bulbs the same again after playing through this game haha
Hitman 2 is good as well, it was the first Hitman I played and I really enjoyed it. That being said, Splinter Cell is a must play. Seems to run just fine on Dolphin as well (even 2 years ago): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x1xb62myPPM

Splinter Cell definitely.
But Hitman 2 is also a good game

How come the screen shakes periodically in Splinter Cell in the latest dev build? The video in the wiki for splinter cell doesn't have that problem and it was using 4.0.1.

Should I play the PC version of Splinter Cell or the GC version on Dolphin x64?

Unless its Double Agent PC. Haven't played the console version of Double Agent, but its supposedly better than PC/PS360 version. Pandora Tomorrow is apparently a PITA to get working on modern GPUs though.
