Which Dolphin version works on Mac 10.12.6?

I recently started a thread, asking about my Mac and why Dolphin wouldn't work on it. I had someone help, but now we're both left with a question: On which version of Mac does Dolphin work? I got version 5.0, and the Dolphin ran, but when I tried to play SSBM, it turned up a black screen and an error message. I have details in my last thread. I tried to get the newest beta version, but I get an error message opening Dolphin. "This program could not be opened because of a problem. I have Mac 10.12.6 Sierra, and my computer cannot be updated any further. I took someone's advice, typing: "sudo xatr -cr /Applications/Dolphin.app" into Terminal and it brought back the message:

dyld: Symbol not found: _OBJC_CLASS_$_MTLCaptureManager

Again, details in my last thread. I noticed it said the application was built for Mac OS X 10.13? I tried beta version 5.0-13178 (the one before the newest) instead of 5.0-1.3603 (The newest one), but I got the same message. Which beta version works for Mac 10.12.6 and below? Please help!
