Which android phone?

Which android phones out there supports openGL 3.0?

Cause i want a phone that supports the dolphin android emu.

Pretty much all of them on that list, some of them may be using development drivers and their released counterpart doesn't have GLES 3.0.

Which phones out there has the best performance/support for the dolphin emu?

Exynos5420 based phones.
Future phones would be phones with the Nvidia K1 GPU. They will be very much quicker than anything else.

The international Samung Galaxy S5, The international Galaxy Note 3, The Galaxy Note 10.1(2014 wifi), couple other samsung things.

Alrighty. I am thinking of the note 3, (i love big phones)

But the speakers on it is just plain pathetic Sad

And will only the 2.3ghz quad be ok? Or must it be the 1.9 + 1.6ghz quad?

The 1.9 GHz+1.6GHz is the exynos 5420. That is the processor he is recommending. The 2.3 GHz is the snapdragon 800. You want the exynos. Preferably the S5 as that should be the fastest.

Oh, so the snapdragon 800 does not have openGL 3.0? CAuse that's the only model we have here Sad

And the galaxy V here has snapdragon 801.
