I need to download this explicit version. But I don't know which version that is!

All other versions are broken (for this feature that I'm looking for)

Where can I download that build which has those changes?

Why do you need this version?
What feature do you need?
What game are you trying to play?

The version is the same as the log number.
You can find it on this page.

These versions are not supported by the Dolphin Team.

Not really, it's just a defect/issue with today's version of the website. Instead of following the absolute URL that defines this file, it creates a relative path by appending the URL to the http://www.dolphin-emu.org/files/ directory path (as if the URL were a file name). Recent revisions have a file name in the "name" field, whereas older revisions have an URL written in the "name" field, which nowadays is erroneously interpreted as a file name.

Copy and paste the URL manually, rather than letting the website redirect erroneously. And the file STILL exists on MediaFire.
My computer specs:
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x86
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 @2.66Ghz - 2GB of DDR2 RAM (400Mhz)
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS 512

I hadn't noticed this. Thanks for rectifying
