where is D3D9 plugin???

Its funny that the Dolphin2.0 that I have got has only openGL plugin, nothing else.

My computer is nearly the same as the "MAINSTREAM BUILD" that is showing in the PC buying guide.

so surely it can support D3D9, but where is the plugin???

I see the DLL, but there is no such plugin???

how do you get it???

I actually followed the guide and somehow fixed it...
