I will be using another Dolphin version where do i get the Save files from? like I'm playing Monster Hunter Tri and I need to transfer the Save Files to another Emulator.
could not find any Files relating to Monster Hunter Tri on folders "sys" or "User".

I'm assuming you mean another revision so all you have to do is overwrite the old .exe with the new one.

Just drag the whole User folder over to make it easy. If you just want save files, the Wii and GC folders in User contain your Wii saves and GC memory cards.
