Hey guys, I was wondering where I could buy a wii sensor to use with the Dolphin emulator. Will any USB wii sensor do?

I haven't tried these, but if it submits IR like the real Wii sensor bar, then yes

You should be able to find a wireless wii sensor bar in just about any game store.

They're just battery powered instead of connecting to a wii.
