Where can I find Hybrid?

I want to play Just Dance on dolphin, but I get stuck on a screen that requires the sensor bar (IR), I have seen some other threads that say I can use a combination of real and emulated remotes (Hybrid) while only taking up 1 controller slot. I have tried to find that option but have had no luck, it would be greatly appreciated on where to find it and how to use it.

It was removed from Dolphin because it basically didn't work.

Assuming you're on Windows and that your Wiimote has Motion Plus (either built-in or with a separate Motion Plus accessory), then you can work around that by connecting the Wiimotes to WiimoteHook and then making Dolphin communicate with WiimoteHook through the recently added DSU Client feature. This way you can emulate the IR Cursor position (and pretty accurately, I should add) from the motion sensors alone. It works very well for games like Just Dance, that requires only the Wiimote and nothing more, although it's a bit finicky to setup that way...
