Whenever I try to start a rom it freezes at a black screen

For the past two weeks I've been using Dolphin 5.0 with little or no problems. Recently my computer updated and restarted. When I tried to re-open Dolphin and play a game it briefly loads my system information and Dolphin information at the top, then it freezes at a black screen. If I try to close the emulation Dolphin crashes and I have to force close. This happens regardless of emulation or platform.

I've made sure I have the latest drivers, I've tried re-installing Dolphin, and emptying the cache in the Dolphin Emulator folder. I have no idea what else to try.

My PC specs are Windows 10, Intel® HD Graphics 4000, ProcessorIntel® Core™ i5-3320M CPU @ 2.60GHz, 2601 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)

Are you using the most recent DEV build of Dolphin?

I just tried to run a game on the newest Dev version and the same thing happened.

If it helps I just downloaded the stable version of dolphin 4.0.2 and the games start, but Metroid Prime crashes after 10 minutes, but at least it starts. So now I'm really confused, since everything used to work on Dolphin 5.0 stable and stopped for some reason and there were also no game crashes.
