When upgrading to a New Build Rev, Can i use my old saves and How?

I have been copying the whole "User folder" from old revision when updating, but i was wondering if this is not right and there is a more precise save location folder that i can keep transferring

I wouldn't say it's totally safe to copy over your entire User Directory.
For saves, you want User/StateSaves, User/Wii/Title, and User/GC.

I think it's fine as long as you don't replace the SYSCONF file.
