Hi,

The subject names the problem happening, on my Mac I try to export saves using the feature inside the application instead of getting them off the emulated "SD.RAW" file (with WinImage) using the emulated System Menu by going into Data Management.

Unfortunately, for each save it says.

Warning

Failed to write header for ./private/wii/title/ID/data.bin

Where ID is the ID of the game save that it tried to export.

After I hit OK, it says.

Warning

Export Failed

I'm using Dolphin 4.0, just the first final version of it.

Do I need to update the application and try again, or is this feature not working for Macs?

Thank you!

Unless you're putting the saves on a Wii, just manually moving them from ~/Library/Application Support/Dolphin/Wii/title/ is fine. (In Finder, click Go in the menubar, hold the Option key, then click Library to get to the Library you're looking for.)

Protip: on OS X, you can rename the sd.raw to sd.img and double-click it to mount it and move files to/from it. Make sure to unmount it and rename it back to sd.raw before you run any Wii games in Dolphin.

Also, try a current development build! Dolphin 4.0 is buggy, and 4.0.1/4.0.2 were never built for OS X for some reason, so a current dev build is the best way to go: https://dolphin-emu.org/download/

Thank you for that reply, and the tips.
It was very helpful. I appreciate it!
I upgraded my version of Dolphin, and it worked!
Now is there anything I have to do to say this problem is solved?
Do I have to put [SOLVED] in the title!

Whether or not you change the thread title is entirely up to you. 99% of people don't bother doing it, but, y'know, do what you want.
