Are you using the transversal or direct connection? Did you make sure to sync your nand?

We were using direct. I'm unsure how to use transversal or what it does. Also, how does one sync their nand?

Copy the Wii and Cache folder between all of you, that is how to sync the NAND.
In the latest dev build, in the top left of the netplay box is the option to switch from Direct to Transversal, which is an alternate way to connect over netplay, but leaves the actual gaming as P2P. You can read the February Progress Report for more info. 03-07-2015, 08:35 PM
Try with 4.0-200 or something. Wiimote netplay did not exist in 4.0.2 (it was merged immediately after).
Same issue here. Wiimotes desynchronises netplay immediately -- With GCpads all games I've tried so far have worked near flawlessly in netplay, even using two cores.

I don't have a desync issue. I have the pad buffer at 10 and everyone sees the same thing at the same time, but when it comes to displaying the multiple pointers on the screen after pressing A on the title screen, the emulation just stops and hangs. No notifications of desync or anything.

No notifications of desync or anything. Ah. Same goes for me, except it does so instantly -- We're lucky if we get a notification, but it generally just hangs immediately upon game start. If we just use gamecube controllers, everything is fine, though. |
