Whats the best build for my laptop?

I have been downloading different builds to see which is the fastest for my computer. Here are the specs.

Blu-ray Discâ„¢ playback
4GB (2GBx2) DDR2-SDRAM-800
ATI Mobility Radeonâ„¢ HD 4650 graphics with 1GB dedicated video RAM
Intel® Core™ 2 Duo Processor P8700 (2.53GHz)
16.4" VAIO extra-wide HD display (1920x1080)
Genuine Microsoft® Windows® 7 Home Premium
500GB SATA Hard Disk Drive (7200rpm)

Right now I am using R 5160M. Do you think there is a better one out? I want to be able to play my New Super Mario Bros Wii game but I only get 45 FPS. When I went to a different build I got like 80 FPS but the games graphics were messed up and it would stay at the start screen. What build do you recommend? thanks
I am using the same build but I changed the graphics plug in. Now I am getting good speed. But still do you think there is a better build?

stay with your current build, but play with idle skipping off with framelimit to auto. You should be getting full speed. Also, make sure you're using the dx9 plugin with efb to texture. alternatively, if there still isn't enoug speed, leave idle skipping on, framelimit to off and dsp audio throttle checked.

Try the Rev 5160 from Spellforce, his builds works great with intel processors.

Here is the link:

Select the correct build for ur system (check SSE in ur laptop first).

And remember turn off the Framelimit in general options.

Bye.

Your processor can support even up to SSE 4.1 instruction set, and it's 64-bit (don't know if your OS is though). Personally, if using your laptop, I'd get a 64b revision between 5100 and 5150 from dolphin-emu.org, or like Dynam0 post, go to Spellforce's topic and select.
