what will speed up dolphin more?

Yeah , Intel GPU = FAIL . But he can still use D3D plugin ( and remember the speed is defined by the CPU and the GPU is just to draw the damn picture in the screen Tongue

Full rig change is the only choice.
You'll spend more money upgrading that rig than on buying a new (mid-end) one.

EDIT: ^True as long as you keep your case, PSU and optical drives.

hey ! windows vista and windows 7 users just disable all the visual effects (including aero) of ur windows. definitely u will get more fps and smoother gameplay.

Yea it does helps alot with my pc XD... but games like SMG keeps fps more stable less random slowdowns
