I have read the stickied threads, and I would like to know the latest 32bit version of the emulator for android, either by version number or download. Thanks,

The last 32-bit version was the last version on the play store, 4.0-4xxxish or something, and it's nearly impossible to find now. It ran terribly! Dolphin is much much faster now, on desktop as well as mobile, in significant part to being only 64-bit. You need an exceedingly powerful 64-bit Android device to get decent speeds in lesser demanding games (forget demanding ones!).

But those versions were broken on newer Android releases. So it is quite likely that they'll crash on booting.
