What third party program to use to lock mouse inside Dolphin's window? I tried cursorlock, but it does not work good. Is there anything else?

Why do you need to do this?

If it's to use emulated wiimote correctly, download the latest development build. It supports relative mouse position to IR mapping.

After looking around, I discover that Warcraft mouse capture works for dolphin, but you have to use "specific window" then click
