What the best configure to play Naruto C of NR 3??

Hey dude!
Wass up? I hope everybody is fine.

Yesterday I came here to ask if somebody has a SVN4665 build to give me, some guys here gave it to me and I really appreciate that, but isn't enough for I play that game I put on Thread Subject.

I tried so hard many cofigs!!! I got nothing.
The worst part is I saw many guys telling who get play in 60fps, 60FPS men, I don't get it, so I came here again, if someone out there knows how is the best config, post it please.

I'll be waiting.
