Your AMD A10 CPU is slow.
AMD CPUs have terrible single threaded performance. This is very important for Dolphin as it does all it's heavy work on two threads (Or one, depending on settings). Your AMD CPU just won't cut it for many games. Use a development release for better performance, but beyond that, not much you can do 06-24-2016, 06:17 AM

I wouldn't recommend any current AMD processor. They're all pretty slow.
Upgrading to an Intel system would involve a new motherboard though, so you may be stuck there unless you can afford an Intel CPU ($150 USD - $300, depending on how high you want to go) and a motherboard would probably cost you $60 to $100 USD depending on what you want 06-30-2016, 01:16 PM
I got a cheap Intel cpu + motherboard build for under $100.
I got an MSI H81 mATX motherboard for about $40, and a G3258 at my local microcenter for about $55 after tax. (It costs about $60-$70 elsewhere). I overclocked my G3258 to over 4.0GHz and it runs dolphin just fine. If you play other games, you should get a overclockable quad core haswell. 07-02-2016, 03:58 AM
