What should i upgrade to make games run faster?

I'm getting 24~ on the main board of Super Mario party 9, so i'd like to know what i should upgrade the most.
RAM: 6 GB
GPU: ATI Radeon HD 4850 (or 70, i forget ^^')
CPU: Intel Core 2 CPU 2.40 GHz
system: 64bit windows 7

I'm thinking it's most likely CPU. Maybe GPU.
BTW, why isn't the setting configuration page updated to the latest version?
Oh and if i set Direct3D9 the screen starts tearing like all hell. So i set Direct 3D11.

Your CPU is weak for most wii games though GPU is fine
Either overclock to 3.2Ghz or upgrade to i3 2120 , i5 2500k
