Did and again nothing, remains poor 27fps. Just now tryed downclocked my cpu to 2.7Ghz fps 27....
Did you try the official Dolphin 3.0 release?

Are you overclocking the cores or the Turbo Boost? Check your temperatures with Realtemp while playing. It's quite possible that your CPU is throttling.
Tryed official version its a bit better i gained 2-3 fps. It's not TB its OC. Temps are 55C load, what is quiet normal. What i am wondering about is that 2.80Ghz gives me same fps as 3.52Ghz :? I underclocked it to 2.80 and got same fps.
To add don't believe that cpu is throttling cuz i felt the fps increse in ps2 emulator. Now looked a bit on Wiki and a guy posted this " Positive, runs really well, almost constantly 60 FPS. Some graphic issues here and there but fully playable through the end." (he has sandy i5 2600k 4.8Ghz O.C  ). Which means that i am prety much owned in planing to play this game in story mode.

Not yet he used 3.0.201 or smthing like that have to check again. But is this game really so demanding that i have to buy aftermark cooler and put cpu on 4ghz to archive 40fps? xD

I will, just it doesn't get in my head that 2.8ghz and 3.52ghz gives same fps
 .Adding, tryed the fastest version, seems like it has problem to pass "loading" the first one. One more add for all who plan to play this game. 2player vs mode works fine with 2.8ghz .
