Use the latest development build

Keep everything at default except for the following in graphics:

Backend - Direct3D 11 or 12

Ubershaders - async ubershaders

Enhancements > internal resolution - Set to the closest to your monitor resolution. It has labels to help figure that out.

Enhancements > Anti-aliasing - Set to taste. Prefer SSAA over MSAA.

Changing the backend is only necessary to avoid some possible stuttering that can occur with async ubershaders on nvidia.

Always use async ubershaders. Synchronous ubershaders is more work for no gain - outside of testing for specific driver issues.
