No , not a chance
Most GC games are playable (not full speed)
Some GC games are not playable at all

Lowest settings (keep everything at minimum , 480p)
Reason :
Quote:intel hd 3000

For Sengoku Basara Samurai heroes , use Dolphin r5186
64bit : http://www.mediafire.com/?nzctm2xjv8nek6j
32bit : http://www.mediafire.com/?yjwdxtniqik
The rest of 'em just use either Dolphin 3.5 stable version or latest Dolphin 3.5 -1xxx

You better use Thottlestop to force your CPU running 2.8GHz with Dolphin all the time . 2.9GHz is single core Turbo Boost (only 1 core active)
Set your CPu multiplier = 28

Try both of 'em to see which option is better for you
OpenMP hardly speedup anything rather than reducing micro stuttering .It's not like it will use 100% 4 cores anyway .
Dolphin is a dual core application
