What sensor bars work with Bluetooth Passthrough?

I've owned a third-party Wiimote for several months now and it's been good for playing platformers on Dolphin. However, I'd like to get some actual sensor bar action going on, but my research has left me a little confused. It seems that DolphinBar doesn't work with Bluetooth Passthrough (which I have to use unfortunately due to my Wiimote being third-party) but I can't seem to find anything suggesting any alternatives. Can I just buy a USB sensor bar off Amazon and use that with Bluetooth Passthrough? Am I just screwed with a third-party remote and if I want to use a sensor bar do I have to buy an official Wiimote?

All sensor bars other than the DolphinBar work with Bluetooth passthrough.

Keep in mind it's not the sensor bar which does the communicating (other than the Dolphinbar, which is why it can't be used with passthrough), but a Bluetooth radio with the correct drivers. As long as you have a recommended radio, any sensor bar (besides DB) works fine.
